- Excessive fear or worry
- The feeling of panic or danger
- Dry mouth
- Nausea
- Numb or tingling hands or feet
- Dizziness
- Shortness of breath or breathing faster or more quickly than normal
- Thinking about a problem over and over, unable to stop
- Inability to concentrate
